Host Training

I See Maths conferences, led by Gareth Metcalfe, are packed with practical ideas for putting reasoning and problem-solving at the heart of mathematics. Training is accredited by NCETM.

Schools, teaching schools, teaching alliances and maths organisations are invited to host CPD sessions. Colleagues from local schools can be invited and staff from the host school are able to attend at a discounted rate. It is possible to plan bespoke sessions to meet your specific needs.

My recommended training event is Creating Reasoning Habits, Building Problem-Solvers. Click on the link for a full description of the training. It is possible to run this course online as a one-day event or to split the training over three 90-minute online sessions.

I am currently running bespoke online training events with schools and organisations. 90-minute online training sessions for individual schools cost £450+VAT. For each additional school taking part, £100+VAT is added to the cost. Half-day online training sessions cost £550+VAT. For each additional school taking part, £150+VAT is added to the cost.
