Ordering I See Maths Resources
Do I need to create an Etsy account to order resources?
You are able to order the I See Reasoning resources as a guest on Etsy.
I have placed an order on Etsy: how do I access the files?
The files are attached to an email sent by Etsy. This email is sent to the email address used when placing the order. If you are still unable to find this attachment, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org - quote your order number and your email address. The relevant files will then be emailed to you.
How do I access my VAT receipt?
You can download your VAT invoice it by going to You > Purchases and reviews on etsy.com. On the right-hand side of your item, click the 'view receipt' button. Then you can view the invoice by clicking the 'view official invoice' red link.
We can't order through Etsy - how else can I order I See Maths resources?
If you are unable to order through Etsy, send a purchase order to email@example.com and your order can be processed by email. An invoice will be sent to the school for payment by BACS or cheque.
Why do the prices displayed on Etsy vary?
The I See Reasoning eBooks for Y5 and Y6 and the I See Problem-Solving eBooks costs £24.98 (£20.82 + £4.16 VAT). I See Reasoning - KS1 and I See Reasoning - LSK2 cost £14.99 (£12.49 + £2.50 VAT). Prices on Etsy can vary because VAT is only included to customers from certain countries.
Do the eBooks include answers?
Yes, answer sections are included at the back of the books.

Booking Online Training
How do I access the recording of the session?
A webpage has been created for each session which will include a video recording of the event, the session presentation and other relevant documents. This page can be viewed by registered participants. An invite email will be sent by Zoom the day before the event, and a follow-up email the day after the event, which will give a link to this webpage. If you need any more help, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for further assistance.
Can a school book multiple participants onto a course and pay by invoice?
Yes. Please send an email to email@example.com with the name of each participant and their email address. I will register people on the course and an invoice will be sent to the school, payable within 30 days. The cost is £15 per session for 1-4 participants, £12 per session for 5-10 participants and £10 per session for 11+ participants (this offer applies where teachers from the same school are being booked onto different courses).
How do I access the sessions?
Participants need to log onto their Zoom account. Each participant will receive an email giving the link for the session and a password to join the session. This video shows how to join a Zoom meeting.
Is there a record that I have taken part in the training?
An email is sent 24 hours after the event to all participants to show that they have taken part in the session. This email summarises the main content covered.
Can I share the resources from the sessions with staff from my school?
All the resources can be shared within your school. The recording is only accessible for registered participants.
