We can't order through Shopify - how else can I order I See Maths resources?
If you are unable to order through the online store, send a purchase order to firstname.lastname@example.org and your order can be processed by email. An invoice will be sent to the school for payment by BACS or cheque. If a school firewall is blocking the Shopify store, ask a technician to check the store and put it onto the white list.
I have a question relating to a previous Etsy order. What can I do now the store has changed?
Send an email to email@example.com detailing your request and your order number. I still have access to my Etsy store.
How do I access my Shopify VAT receipt?
You should have received a VAT receipt from Shopify when completing your order. If you haven't received this file please email firstname.lastname@example.org and it will be sent on to you.
Do the eBooks include answers?
Yes, answer sections are included in all the eBooks!

How do I access the online training?
A webpage has been created for each session which will include a video recording of the event, the session presentation and other relevant documents. This page can be viewed by registered participants. When online training is ordered, the links to the relevant webpages will be sent.
I am signed onto a Zoom webinar but I can't attend live. Will I get access to a recording of the session?
Yes, a link will be sent by Zoom 24 hours after the course to access the recording of the session. This recording can be viewed at any time.
