I See Maths conferences, led by Gareth Metcalfe, are packed with practical ideas and resources for making mathematics visual, engaging and deep. A range of resources are provided to help attendees implement changes in their schools. Training is accredited by NCETM.
Schools, teaching schools, teaching alliances and other maths organisations are invited to host maths conferences. Colleagues from local schools can be invited, and staff from the host school are able to attend at a discounted rate.
If you are interested in hosting a training event, click on these links:
Host a conference: 'Early Number Sense: Beyond Counting'
Host a conference: 'Reasoning in KS2 Mathematics'
It is possible to run both training events over two days, splitting each training event into two half-day sessions. For example, each day a half-day 'Early Number Sense' session can run in the morning and a 'Reasoning in KS2 Maths' session in the afternoon. Then a gap task can be set between days, allowing teachers to apply techniques and use resources from the first training session.

Gareth's conference is a total game-changer. Based on the latest research into what works; his practical, whole-school ideas will inspire beginners and challenge the highest achievers. By far the best maths training I have attended.
